Chef Jim Coleman is the corporate chef of Bluebell Country Club and Normandy Farm in Pennsylvania, and has also served as the Executive Chef of the five-diamond Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia. Chef Coleman is the host of the PBS series, The Flavors of America.
