The former principal trumpet of the Philadelphia Orchestra plays Vivaldi, Bach, Sain-Saens, Tartini, Clarke, Fibich-Scotti, Levy.

Mr. Kaderabek spent 20 years as the principal trumpet with the Philadelphia Orchestra, fromer principal of the Detroit and Dallas Symphonies and associate principal of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

He he heard on over 100 recordings with the Philadelphia Orchestra.

This new release from Music Vars displays a glorius variety of styles and sounds.  From the poignant song, My Heart at Thy Sweet Voice, to the old fashioned cornet solos by Clarke, from the brilliancy of the piccolo trumpet in Tartini to the haunting  simplicity of the flugelhorn in the Bach Arioso, this is a recording that explores the furthest dimensions of solo brass playing.
